These terms govern your use of healththread.io. Use of the HealthThread platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Saxiom, LLC and your organization; nothing on this website creates or modifies that agreement.

This website is operated by Saxiom, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which trades as HealthThread.

Informational purpose

The content here describes our platform and our approach. It is provided for general information. It is not legal, clinical, billing, or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for your own review of applicable Medicaid policy, state regulation, or federal law. Requirements differ by state, by program, and over time, and responsibility for your agency's compliance remains yours.

Some descriptions on this site refer to platform capabilities as they are designed to operate at general release. Software under active development changes. If a specific capability matters to your evaluation, ask us where it stands and we will tell you plainly.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy, or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property and content takedown

We respect the intellectual property and legal rights of others, and we maintain a notice-and-takedown procedure for content published on this website and within the HealthThread platform.

Reporting a claim

If you believe that content we host infringes your copyright or trademark, or that it is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous, notify us at legal@healththread.io. So that we can act quickly, please include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the work or right you believe has been infringed, or the statement you believe to be defamatory.
• The URL or a description specific enough for us to locate the material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law — or, for a defamation claim, the basis on which you believe the statement to be false.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Notices are routed to a designated internal administrator. On receipt of a valid and sufficiently detailed notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the disputed material while the claim is investigated. We act first and investigate second; removal is not an admission that a claim is well founded.

We will make a reasonable effort to notify the person who supplied the material, where the material was supplied by someone other than us. If you believe material was removed in error, you may respond to the same address with a counter-notification identifying the material, its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We may also remove content, suspend access, or terminate an account in appropriate circumstances where a person repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
