Privacy policy

HealthThread is a product of Saxiom, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which is the controller of the information described here. This policy covers healththread.io, the public website. It does not cover the HealthThread platform itself, which handles protected health information under separate agreements with each agency.
The short version
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no third-party scripts. We collect information in exactly one place: the demo request form. We use it to contact you about a demo. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing sequence.
What we collect
When you submit a demo request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, role, work email, agency name, state, approximate number of clinicians, and approximate share of revenue from public payers.
Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, for security and operational purposes. We do not use these to build profiles of visitors.
Please do not send protected health information through this website. The demo request form is not an appropriate channel for patient information of any kind. If you need to share clinical material as part of an evaluation, we will arrange a secure method.
What we do with it
- Contact you to arrange and conduct a demonstration.
- Understand whether HealthThread is a reasonable fit for your agency, and tell you honestly if it is not.
- Maintain a record of the conversation for our own follow-up.
We do not use demo request information for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
We use service providers to host this website, deliver email, and manage sales correspondence. These providers process information on our instructions and are bound by their agreements with us. We will name our current providers on request.
We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of our systems.
How long we keep it
Demo request information is retained for as long as we are in contact with you about an evaluation, and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@healththread.io and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor valid requests regardless of whether a specific statute applies to us.
Children
This website is directed to professionals operating behavioral health agencies. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
